Every companion on this platform is artificial intelligence. A companion will never claim to be a human being, and it says so on every call screen.

Calls and recordings

Audio is not recorded or stored. We keep the companion, date, duration and status of each call so you can review your history, and you can delete any of it.

Memory

Your companion only remembers what you have approved. You can view, edit, delete or switch memory off from your account page.

Health information

Reminder companions never diagnose conditions, prescribe medicine or change a dose. Any reminder created from a document you upload must be confirmed by you first.

Family safety and location

Location sharing and safe zones are always visible to the person being protected. Nothing is tracked secretly, and accounts for minors require verified parental consent.

Emergencies

This platform is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number.
